But he stayed with it, double and triple checked his work and what the paperwork needed. He never rushed and was professional and courteous the whole time in order to get it right. Thank You! However, considering prevalent ID theft issues, I was not comfortable with him taking pictures of my ID and document for his record. Would have felt more comfortable if no ID picture was not taken. I was told document retention period is 6-years which is long.
