Sarah Berro was happy to talk to me throughout the procedure, regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and pleased with how things were looking, and made sure that every hair stroke was exactly where it needed to be to produce the best results. When the procedure was complete, Sarah Berro sent me home with aftercare instructions and supplies so I could heal successfully. I am very pleased with the results, and the price she charges is more than fair. Sarah is amazing! She has a quiet confidence that put me at ease few minutes after meeting her. she also has a beautiful demeanor. she makes it seem like she has all the time in world even though she had a client after me. I had sparse eyebrows and spent quite a bit of time everyday to fill it in. Sarah has done a great job in every way. It feels good to wake up in the morning and see beautifully shaped and natural looking eyebrows. I am very happy with the result and highly recommend Sarah.

This was my first time doing anything to my eye brows that were SO uneven and overly plucked. It took me hours to draw them in and even then I know it didn't look good. Obviously the first time you always get nervous but Sarah was amazing. She took the time to explain the process, pre and after care and what to expect. She made you feel comfortable, made sure everything looked good even to the tiniest detail and her suggestions are on point. I didn't know what I wanted personally but she helped me get to what I always wanted my brows to be. Highly recommended! I couldn't say enough positive and nice things. My Niece did her eyebrows with Sarah and they turned out really nice so i deiced to get mine done. I drove all the way from Barrie to get them done with her and it was worth the drive. Its been almost a year and they still look fresh. Also sarah is very accommodating and such a positive person to be around will definitely be coming in soon for a touch up. Thank you Sarah for a wonderful experience!

In love with my brows. I had some scaring and discolouration from someone else previously and she tried to cover it and colour correct for me. So happy with my brows. The most satisfied I’ve been. Amazing shape and fullness of the brows. Thank you Sarah.
