I went searching around and was recommended by my sister. I highly recommend him to any of my friends and family because he was informative, professional, and quick to response to all my questions and concerns.
Lastly, I moved in and I'm happy with my new stack townhouse and mortgage that we got. -

Matt left a lasting impression as someone who works hard for his clients with transparency, patience, and a high level of experience, yet also being approachable when it came to financial aspects that were well over my head at the time. He is the most responsive individual I have ever corresponded with and I felt he was rooting for me every step of the way with genuine interest in my overall wellbeing. My experienced real estate agent also had very positive things to say about working with Matt (whom she had never worked with before) when securing our new home and I believe it was smooth sailing throughout the process in large part because of the groundwork that Matt laid down for us.
