She is one of the most respectful people I have ever seen. Regardless of managing our immigration process to Canada (starting the Syria's war and multiple cancelation of our interview she always kept us informed), as a person, she is a mentor to guide and push people to persuade their wishes. I believe she consider her contracts as a lifetime responsibility.

Last year this time (July 2018), we did not have any idea about the possibility of immigrating to Canada mainly because we had not thought about it carefully and our ages (my wife 37 and me 41) would not help us apply for Express Entry. After talking with M. Shahid & Associates' representative in Iran, they helped us prepare our documents and told us what IELTS score we needed in order to guarantee the results of the draw (pool). We did as they advised. The results: on November 20th, our accounts were created, and on November 28th, we received the invitation. It was unbelievable, but it was as predicted by M. Shahid & Associates. After the submission of our files, it took 5 months to receive the visa invitation letter.
The staff in M. Shahid & Associates are really helpful and precise; they answered phone calls and emails very quickly and patiently, as clients are usually not fully aware of the process and are often stressed out.
