The speed with which he was able to survey our lot, which was out of town and covered in snow, was appreciated. We will be using FS Surveying for our site and grading plan as well. Farzad's services were very competitively priced and he is a pleasure to deal with on the phone and by email, responding immediately to any questions we have. I wouldn't hesitate to use FS Surveying again or to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional surveying company. The fact Farzad is also a professional engineer is an additional bonus as he is able to advise on every step of the build.

Farzad was also very accommodating as I had to change the date of services to align with other work that was happening. He always responded to all of my calls or returned them promptly and took his time to explain my property to me. The price for a SRPR was also very competitive. Thank you again for your services!
