(June 1, 2021, 2:34 am)I can’t begin to explain the top quality service provided on my pool. I had a really bad condition pool that was neglected by previous owners and was an absolute mess. Felix pools came and walked us through each step on opening it for the summer. After timely and necessary trips- all repairs were done quickly, mess was emptied, water was cleared, pool was tested and he even fixed the lights and small holes in the vinyl.
Really appreciate the attention to detail and ongoing maintenance support to keep the pool in good condition. Every question we had was answered and we truly know that Felix Pools cares.
Thank you for helping us with this mess. We couldn’t have done it without you! -

With this company I have no complaints, everything went smoothly and Spiro the owner was a pleasure to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner and I look forward to working with them throughout the season.

They have been servicing my hot tub for 7 years, and have helped replace parts when needed on an emergency basis in the middle of winter so that the tub didn't freeze and completely break. Very friendly and easy to deal with. They come highly recommended!

He cares about his customers and a few times that I had to call him for sort of emergency situation in last month, he was not only very responsive, but went above and beyond to solve the issue with the pool.
