(March 30, 2022, 12:12 am)I really enjoyed my visit here. I decided to give this dentistry a try as it’s new and close by. They have another location on Lakeshore with a handful of great reviews which made me confident in booking an appointment at their new location. I had awful experiences with my previous dentist due to lack of professionalism, transparency, insurance issues and ruining my smile. Dr. Joo and his team Kamile and Chow did not disappoint.
- His team were very transparent with all the costs, analyzed and thoroughly examined my X-rays with me and explained the areas of my teeth/smile that require some work.
- They really took the time to listen to me about the areas of my teeth that I’m concerned with. My feelings feel validated here and I feel greatly informed when Dr. Joo provides me with his medical opinion on what is necessary to fix vs not.
- I really enjoy that they have a treatment coordinator to discuss my future appointments for fillings. They’re not too pushy and understands my reasons for not wanting certain work done. Nonetheless, I felt super organized and well informed of my treatment.
- They bill directly to my insurance which makes it super easy for me.
- Bonus points for a clean office and friendly yet professional staff.
