(May 3, 2021, 4:56 pm)Came to replace my broken switch and they even let me transfer my un-transferable game data to the new switch. They used used their own mobile data to do that. This place is both amazing and has the nicest staff you can ask for.

(March 28, 2021, 3:40 am)Always a pleasant experience here with knowledgeable and friendly staff who knows their games inside out. EB prices (and usually trade-in values) aren't great bu that's how they make money, can't blame that on the staff. Selection is usually good too and personal bias that this is close to my neighbourhood!

The guy with the glasses is soooo kind he helped me a lot with finding what I wanted and he has amazing customer service skills he made me feel comfortable in the store.
