I can't say enough amazing things about my recent experience with Dodd's Garage Doors. From the initial contact, to the sales team, to the estimate process, and to the final delivery and installation; everything well surpassed my expectations! I love my new garage door!!!! I highly recommend Dodd's Garage Doors if you are looking for top quality and incomparable service.

I love my new garage doors they're gorgeous and sleek. I'm not 100% happy with my overall first installation the technician (H.G) didn’t inquire on where I would like my sensors to be located and the interior keypad, he placed them as he liked, the extension cord for one of the garage openers he did not secure it to the wall and the exterior keypad he had it placed on the opposite door stating that he didn't have the right tools to switch it to the correct door. I called customer service with my concerns and they rectify it when they sent another technician and he put everything to rights which made me feel a 1000% better with my installation. They have a good warranty plan in place that I really appreciate that covers a lot compared to other companies. Contract was done in September 2021. Estimated completion was January 2022. Garage door installation was December 2021. Finishing touches January 2022.

The installer Bryan did an Amazing job and is really friendly. He made sure he cleaned everything and was really patient even while we kept getting in his way. Overall he did an Amazing job and I would recommend anyone to have him do it for you. Thank you Bryan and Dodds for this garage.

Dodds' quality upholds the brand with the recent installation. The new door fits nicely with the frame after putting in new rollers and tracks. Also, installing the Dodds' belt opener, it's now smooth and quiet compared to the old Chamberlain chain opener.

Amazing work, great price! The installer Zaza did a walk through after to make sure everything was completed to request. Even showed how to maintain the doors to last many years to come.

***Given this order was originally place end of September 30, 2021 and installed April 26, 2022, in part due to COVID-19 (logistics issues) and customization of paint colour***

Reason I chose Dodds is because November 2021 gentlemen over the phone (forget both their names) kindly guided me through garage door [remote] programming. He did not charge anything.

Technician (Danny D.) came on scheduled time. Very friendly and seemed to love his job.

Insallation/Repair was beyond amazing.

Tensor Spring at top snapped and broke. Needed new one (after 17 years) - Chamberlin products never disappoint!

Receipt was given right away after payment.

Anat was so helpful over the phone. She gets 5 stars.
