(August 25, 2017, 8:00 pm)I purchased with the Vanguard. We are very excited to be moving into this building. The area looks great and Devron Developments have done an amazing job with the design. It is very modern, stylish and is designed to be environmentally friendly as well. The finishes and the options available in customizing our own unit are really great. There are so many choices to make our living area more comfortable and to meet our needs and wants! They were also very helpful in helping us to make our choices and were able to answer all of our questions! It is very evident that Devron Developments are stellar at what they do. They have designed a spectacular building and we cannot wait to move in.

I am also very impressed with the quality of the building and I am happy to be a client with Devron - the architecture, philosophy and finishes of The Vanguard are incomparable to other projects.

From the first time that I saw the plans for this building , I knew that it was special. This will be a building that other condo development will strive to emulate.
Lastly, the staff has been exceptional and very helpful along the way.
