(June 7, 2021, 8:43 pm)As a first time home buyer Daniel make the entire mortgage process easy and very stress free. Any worries and anxieties I had regarding my first big home purchase like this were easily taken care of by Daniel.
He's very friendly and patient and was more than happy to walk me through any questions I had and explain things to me when I wasn't sure what the best option would be. He was always quick to get back to me even when working on a tight timeline for closing on my new home and he was very diligent in keeping order, keeping me updated and giving me financial advice for someone in my position. I appreciate the extra mile he went to make sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know and will definitely work with Daniel again for the next home! -

When I was buying my first home, all the new information and processes felt a bit overwhelming, but Daniel was totally understanding and took the time to walk me through my options. I highly recommend and will definitely be using him next time as well!

He was able to really understand my situation and suggest options I wouldn't otherwise have thought of, and in the end he got me a mortgage at a great rate, even thought my application wasn't the most straightforward. I have been happy to recommend him to family and friends on numerous occasions and will continue to go back to him for all future purchases.

He was honest and straightforward on how much I was able to borrow, very fast at responding to emails/texts/voicemail, patiently answered my hundreds of questions, and broke down every document into layman's terms. My situation was a bit tricky but I put my trust in Daniel and he knew exactly which lender to use to get the mortgage secured. Even after the mortgage closed, Daniel continued to coach me on how to improve my financial position which was incredible, and he helped me to purchase a second property recently. THANK YOU!!
