(December 1, 2022, 10:13 pm)I usually don't go to Cineplex because my bf and I love Landmark theatre in Whitby especially for their seats. We watched here for the first time and it's the best Cineplex I've gone to. The seats are comfortable enough to my liking, no neck pains, it doesn't get those people with annoying vibe or energy and when my bf got food it was fresh, even the fries were crispy and not soggy. It was a very good experience, I'll definitely come again

(October 23, 2022, 12:35 pm)I haven't been to a theatre in a couple of years, this theatre was spacious, and well staffed on the weekends. When we reached the concession area, they didn't have the Black Adam cups as advertised, which was a little disappointing considering it was opening weekend for the movie. They should have put a sign up or something. The only area that I was put off by was the section with the condiments. With the amount of staff that I saw either talking to each other or on their phone you'd think it would be cleaner. It wasn't as though it was the end of the night this was around 7pm. Overall, decent experience didn't have to wait in long lines to get food & snacks or where they checked our ticket. Staff was friendly and greeted us when we arrived and also acknowledged customers at the end of the night.

(September 17, 2022, 6:59 pm)Theatre’s okay. But, to be honest, I expected more than just a tall screen. Theatre bathroom is clean, unlike other theatres. Recommended.
Some area still brands silvercity, which is odd, but it’s ok. Overall nice theatre. Rather go here and watch instead of going to markham.
Staff was helpful by pointing what theatre we’re supposed to go to.
Small reminder—the show starts 16-17 minutes later than usual showtime, in every theatre and features. -

(August 23, 2022, 2:11 am)Convenient location inside Fairview Mall next to Tim Hortons and across from Shoppers Drug Mart. Friendly staff, tasty popcorn and comfortable seats. Fun game area, party rooms and VIP section. A nice place to enjoy a movie or quality time with loved ones.

(July 3, 2022, 7:55 pm)Pretty clean cineplex location. The Ultra section is really spacious with a huge screen. Staff members are pretty nice - when we were leaving, the cleaning staff members thanked us for coming. Washrooms are also pretty clean (can only speak for the ladies).
