Lauren happened to be our representative and greeted me with open arms. She was able to quickly turn quotes around, chat with me in regards to the details of the packages they offer and provide delightful customer service. From the installation/onsite service to the administrative side, Big Digital offered flawless service and I truly look forward to working with their team again.
