(September 16, 2017, 3:13 am)I have lived at 25 Paisley Blvd West for 4 years now and I'm compelled to say thank you for hiring our current superintendents Jean and Bruce. The changes since they arrived have been huge and they work very hard in and for the welfare of the residents. The updates in the bldg and property are effective and money well spent (elevators updated and heated ramp for underground parking to name a couple). Mostly though it's the difference in the environment from the attitude they bring. They are very organized and efficient, the place looks and smells clean and fresh (until certain residents spoil it), they are timely with follow up on issues brought to their attention and so friendly and approachable. I am very happy with my home and I just wanted you to know what great staff you have here. Thank you for bringing them to us!
