(February 17, 2023, 7:42 pm)The team at Terranova did an incredible job and we couldn’t be more happy. From the work on the pool, to the entire landscaping and brick work, not a detail was missed and everything was completed as promised.
From day one, communication with the Terranova team was excellent and prompt. It was clear from the beginning that Jonathan knew exactly what he was talking about and was very knowledgeable.
The work began on time, and it was very evident that the terranova teams hard work would get the job finished within the estimated timeline.
Even through some unavoidable hiccups (as with any big project) Terranova was able to complete the job within budget and on time.
The final quality of the work exceeded our expectations and resulted is so many compliments from friends, family and even neighbours.

They worked well with our other contractors on site and we’re extremely responsive. Highly recommend for a beautiful finished product. So happy and excited to get to swim in it this summer. Completed Oct 2022!!

In a world that is so fast paced, Jon and Rob don’t forget the personal touch. Jon is extremely diligent and Rob a true gentleman. Their employees are respectful and hard working. I would highly recommend Jon & Rob for all your backyard destination Dreams !

He was quite helpful when it came to dealing with the City and with the multiple questions we had along the way. At completion of the project, Rob ensured that we were happy with everything.
Pool delivery day was very well organized and executed by Jon. And throughout the entire process, the workers were all very respectful and always left the job site clean. We absolutely love our pool and look forward to enjoying it with our friends and family for years to come. And look forward to a continued relationship with Terranova for all our future pool needs.

The serenity of the water feature, the beauty of the fiberglass pool colour, and the quality of workmanship all came together to make it a successful pool project. Robert and John from Terranova Pools are professionals with a high level of pool expertise who take pride in their projects. Robert is extremely knowledgeable, always reachable, and willing to help when I have a question or any issues arise. John’s attention to detail is excellent and just what was needed to make my pool project perfect. I enjoy a positive working relationship with Robert and John, my project progressed smoothly from start to finish and the relationship will continue throughout the lifetime of my pool I’m sure.
