I found the staff here to be very helpful, professional and patient with my questions and concerns. Amalia was so efficient, quick and well versed on what to do, and Dominic and Manager Jennifer were also very helpful for me.
I have always loved Structube items but was hesitant to purchase again since I had a bad experience with the Brampton location many times. I am happy to say that this location is great. -

They have beautiful furniture that has stood the test of time, and is always at a great price. If there have been issues with deliveries or the product, I find the customer service and management to be really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

One especially thoughtful and courteous staff member took the time to explain the company, product construction and their general 'vibe'. I was bracing for an extended warranty pitch, but no, she was just delightful and happy explaining how the ordering process works and such.
We ordered a Berto couch and she took extra time and effort to locate the last one, she then followed up with a voice mail and email to confirm - once we left the store.
Thank you, Mimosa (I may have the spelling wrong, apologies) for your time and attention to detail.
Looking forward to visiting again.
