(November 12, 2022, 5:12 pm)Replaced windows in whole house and entry door in October 2022 with Northridge windows & doors.The quality of the windows and door are outstanding.All the staff were on time and pleasant to deal with from the sales man Brian to support staff Ashley to installer Stefan and his team all worked together as a team to keep the customer happy.
I highly recommend this company to everyone. -

The customer service is phenomenal, they go beyond what you would expect to ensure you're happy with your purchase. There is currently a government rebate program and they will call you pursuading you to do the paperwork in order to save YOU money! I can only say good things about this company, highly recommended and flexible!

Installation team was very good. After installation, they did good cleanup. Quite impressive. They finished their task on time and did excellent job. I would highly recommend this company for doors and windows installation. Thank you team -Northridge windows and doors. Keep up this good work. -

Brian, Stefan and the crew were very professional and courteous from installation to clean up inside and out! They had the work completed in the time they promised. We are very appreciative that they were able to size our new windows to fit our custom blinds. Ashley in the office was very helpful in answering our questions. Highly recommend Northridge Windows and Doors and we look forward to working with them again! Thank you!

First and foremost I would like to thank the office staff - Ashley and Brian for their promptness and excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your patience in walking through the whole process. You really made us feel comfortable from the beginning! And now the installers - Stefano and his team ..where to start. You guys did an amazing job with both the removal and installation of the new windows and doors. You can tell the crew is passionate and works well with each other just based on their workmanship. Each member had their own function and the job was seamless as it was all completed in one day! We are so happy with the finished and updated look. Thank you!
