(March 17, 2021, 8:27 pm)I have upgraded my MacBook Pro a couple of times here over the years. Once we discuss the issues I'm experiencing, Kevin has always supplied a few cost options to upgrade the hardware or software. I have also had my iPhone screen repaired here and it came back like new (I only wish I had come here before trying out one of the "i" chain repair shops, whose repair didn't hold up). Bear in mind this is a small shop, so someone won't always answer the phone, but in my experience they have always replied to phone or email same day.
