His knowledge and professionalism made the whole process seamless. When we found the perfect place Shashi was able to make all the right moves and we won out over 14 other bids! When I’m ready to sell I will definitely be using his services again.

Our family found ourselves having to find a new rental property on pretty short notice, and Shashi’s work was essential for us as we were figuring out what we needed and what was available. He really paid attention to our specific needs and budget and was quick to identify the places that were most likely to work for us, always drawing our attention to things that were potential problems or benefits. His involvement in the process allowed for peace of mind in a situation that could have been a lot more stressful. I can’t recommend him enough.
