Steve was attentive, empathetic and right off the bat mentioned that he would do all possible to get me a better deal than I was signed up in at the time. Despite the few minor hiccups with the bank asking for additional documentation and background, Steve did all possible to make process easy and as non-challenging as possible. Appreciate his attention to detail and hard work behind the scenes to get me the refinancing and in a contract that had better terms than the previous financing arrangement. Highly recommended.
