After having my daughter, I was in rough shape . My core strength was gone due to my c-section. I have been working with Amy two mornings a week at 6am and I have seen an incredible difference. What I thought was chronic pain has been mended by focusing on building my strength again. Amy's focus on making sure I am exercising safely has been exactly what I needed. Also, the 6am chats while working out in my garage are something I actually look forward to! :)
