(December 14, 2022, 3:21 am)I had my haircut with Alleandre and she was so great! BUT they were not able to use and apply my gift card, saying that it was not allowed at that location. This is not Alleandre's fault - she was fantastic. But this was annoying because I asked via phone and email twice and receiving the email confirmation that I’d be able to apply my gift card. This was such a frustrating process. What’s the point of triple checking and getting confirmation through Team Donato and then my gift card getting refused? It's all ONE salon, so this should be consistent or at least Team Donato sticking to their word!

(August 18, 2022, 3:20 am)I went to Donato Salon for the first time yesterday. Telaiya was great. She is very professional and skilled. It is practicing program for her. She has done an excellent job..She was caring, courteous and pleasant, She was skillful and took her time to do my hair. She always asked my feedback. Good listening skill. She did my hair wash, cut and dry. She cut my hair in layer independently. The senior stylist came to check to make sure in the right track. I enjoyed my visit.

Telaiya was attentive to my opinions and needs- from the temperature of the water to where I part my hair, the length and look I wanted. The result was a polished haircut that even my neighbour commented on. Thank you, Talaiya for giving me a haircut that put a smile on my face! Darlene Treen. Shampoo/Cut/Blowdry were all very professional and all of the staff here were very welcoming. Telaiya was really accommodating to my needs and I highly recommend her. Thanks so much, I will be back!
