My laptop was trapped in a death spiral, I was in absolute despair, and Alan, my savior, not only resurrected it, but now it's better than ever! He was very responsive, picked up the laptop from my house within a few hours of my call, and I had it back in working order the very next night. Please call Alan if you need help!!

Very pleased with my choice taking my laptop to Alan.
After speaking to Lenovo tech support and given an option to mail out my laptop to North Bay and wait 7-10 business days for diagnostic/cost I googled this place and couldn't be happier... My dead laptop was back in my hands in less than 8 hours alive and running better than before!

After seeing a post on a community FB page with great recommendations i gave Alan a call - and holy cow! In less than 24 hours the laptop is running better than it did when I bought it! Great service, great repairs and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend DNA Systems for all your repairs.
