Simply the best mortgage broker out there.

James Robinson has been my mortgage broker of choice since 1998. I'm happy to say that James is still by far my number one choice for any real estate financing needs and advise. James and I have done many deals over the past 20 years and I believe him to be the best there is within the industry and very much trust his abilities and knowledge. If you value professionalism, work ethic, sincere advise or just plain ability to get things done, there is no one better then James Robinson. -

You have any questions and he’s a text/email away, and his years of experience is truly valued! His perspective and advice is easy to understand, and in our case our first investment property purchase was made easier with his easy personality, clear vision and wise outlook!

His extensive experience means that his customers get the best advice. He has assisted me several times, and I’ve referred him multiple times to friends, family, and colleagues. I can always count on James to take care of my financing needs in a timely, efficient, professional manner. I have heard that the process of getting a mortgage can be stressful for some, but I’ve only ever worked with James so I wouldn’t know.
