(November 19, 2022, 11:03 pm)Excellent staff, super friendly and they do an amazing job! I have a Jack Russel Norwich Terrier mix. He has wirey hair and his claws are black so trimming his dew claws makes me nervous. He was groomed perfectly, his claws trimmed to the proper length and his fur is so soft - he even smells clean. I can see his sweet face again and the trimming around his paws was so well done. I highly recommend these guys for pet grooming!

To my surprise she handled her very calmly and did an awesome job. Mishti just loved her..

They are very responsive to emails no matter how busy they are, everyone is lovely and kind, and they always do a great job and never rush the process. We brought Barry there for his first puppy grooming and have been going ever since - he loves his appointments and adores the team. We are so lucky to have found Hidden Gemm Pet Care!

(March 17, 2022, 3:42 pm)We have a sensitive puppy that had issues with people touching his paws. We originally tried Petsmart and were called back because our puppy was in too much distress and they could not complete the grooming. Since then we have been visiting Groom 'Em Pets and could not be happier. Our pup always comes back to us looking great but most importantly happy with tail wagging. The people there are so nice and definitely take good care of the animals.
