She ensured that we were pleased with everything in the house, and pointed out things we might've missed in the excitement of it all - great attention to detail! She ensured that the final purchase agreement laid out exactly what we expected and everything important was in writing, clear and documented. We placed all of our trust in Helga, being first time home buyers, and have not regretted it! We will be recommending her to all of our friends & family!

She coached us through the entire process as first-time homebuyers, and, 5 years later, she found us our perfect forever home.
