(November 27, 2019, 12:42 am)We've had a great experience and one very poor experience. The great experience included kind professionals that did a great job. The very poor experience included unkind and uncaring personnel who wouldn't even give a Kleenex to my elderly mum to blow her nose. They were either very tired or they just didn't like their jobs.
AMENDED..... On September 22nd, 2019 a female paramedic saved my mums life. My mums heart failed and the paramedic acted quickly by giving her lifestaving CPR. I gave her a hug but how do you repay such a gift? Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Mum is alive and well. -
