(January 3, 2020, 12:05 am)This is the second time that I needed the repair service at Carstar. My insurance company recommended the other company. However, I had a pleasant experience the first time I brought my car, so I insisted to my insurance company that I have the Carstar service. The staff, especially Daniel, were very helpful and professional, and the repair was fantastic. I noted a scratch that was not there when I brought the car in, and the staff fixed it with no problem.

(November 11, 2019, 11:20 pm)It took little bit longer for my car repair after a collision because of the delays from my insurance company and parts arrival. But waiting was worth it. I couldn't recognize my car after repair. It looks like new. Everything is perfectly done. Staff was very courteous and explained me very well the reasons for delay.
