Our family was heading to Elliot Lake towing a brand new trailer purchased from a trailer dealer in Lindsay, Ontario. The dealer had failed to grease the bearings, even stating that they were greased at the time of purchase. During a rest stop outside of Espanola, my husband noted that the rims were smoking hot. We were five hours from home and the closest town was Espanola. We called Trail Side Sports and Gary told us bring it by. He proceeded to grease the bearings right away, and we were good to go. Would not take a penny! What great service!! -
