    We have been dealing with the Morrisburg office for a number of years now. The staff is amazing. They are very quick to respond to calls or emails. If they don’t know the answers, they find them in a timely manner.

    As our insurance needs changed over the years Rhonda always found a product that fit our needs at a reasonable price. She was also helpful and attentive if we had to file a claim. We always had a satisfactory resolution, mainly due to her help.

    I can’t say enough about the caring attitude and service we have received in the past and continue to receive today.

    Thank you so much Rhonda and staff.

    McDougall is a great broker organization with plenty of information to share, and they're great when it comes to communication. They have shown great professionalism and patience with me despite the fact I haven't had much time to deal with them due to being out west for work... so definitely giving them 5 stars, I highly recommend them if you're in need of an insurance broker! Thanks everyone in the McDougall team!
