5 stars ++ I went in with my pug who had a serious infection at 19 years old. The vet immediately saw the issue and gave him the correct meds. The visit + meds+ bloodwork was all an amazing price!!! I have been to many places in Ottawa that are expensive but do not provide the same level of care Great job keep everyone it up, my pug thanks you!

Great service, friendly staff and very reasonable rates!

Doctors at this vet clinic have treated my beloved Chloe since I adopted her from her previous owners when she was a rambunctious teenaged 18-mth old. They were always kind, patient, respectful and very helpful. Chloe had to be euthanized last week at almost 12 years-old. Dr. A. and vet tech B. were amazingly kind and supportive. The price for finding out Chloe was suffering and had a very poor prognosis was very affordable: An exam, a blood test and an ultra-sound. Chloe drifted off to sleep and left all the suffering behind. I'm very grateful for their dedication, skills, knowledge and love of animals. Oh, and I rec'd a letter in the mail today from the Farley Foundation, and no, they were not asking for money. They were informing me that the staff at Upper Canada Vet Services had made a donation to the Farley Foundation in memory of Chloe. How perfect is that? ???????? ????????????????????

The vet took her time to thoroughly check my friend's cat and I was very impressed about how she answered all my questions without attitude. Clearly cares about the animals and their well being. The receptionists/vet techs were very friendly and helpful as well. It's a comfortable clinic where it's not overcrowded seat placement wise. Open concept. They have a restroom which was clean. No difficulty with finding a good parking space. The prices are reasonable and I would recommend this vet!
