(December 5, 2017, 7:17 pm)I mean, on a regular day, this is just a street corner in little ol' Winchester. However, I was there for the Parade of Lights, which was great! There was "free" fries (optional donation), Beaver tails, hot chocolate and even a little fire in the fireplace. Had a blast watching the floats from the park.
