Shannon, of McDougall Insurance, has been very helpful throughout the years we have dealt with her, most recently with the purchase of a new car. She always explains what changes are recommended for home or vehicle insurance, and in prompt to respond to queries and emails.

William Barclay was efficient, professional and very easy to deal with and talk to. Easily the most enjoyable insurance quote and service i have ever had. Will knows his stuff and he'll treat you like a person not just another number. He's the man!

I would highly recommend McDougall Insurance. I was having a hard time finding insurance for my mobile home, and was lucky enough to come across, then, Brister Insurance, and a very kind, caring and helpful gentleman, Will Barclay. He helped me out and I was able to obtain home insurance without a problem. That was approximately 8 years ago. I have since moved, and my Husband, Kevin and I have insured our home(s) and vehicles with McDougall. Mainly due to Will Barclay, he goes above and beyond, helping us out and finding the best insurance for our needs. We know we can count on him and his word. He is honest and doesn't treat his clients as just another 'client', he genuinely cares. We have recommended Will to others, and guarantee them they will receive great service and respect.
