Very small location. They do not offer pick up or drop off services like other locations. We rented a van for our family trip only to find out we could not leave our car in their parking lot. We requested a vehicle with winter tires even though there is an extra charge for them. Was told they didn't have any. Staff wasn't helpful at all and didn't seem to care. They are inside a collision centre and are geared to serving those customers.
Friendly, helpful staff.
