Yammas Grill

I was surprised to find such great food and great service in a strip mall restaurant… I am very impressed.

Great little family restaurant. Very nice staff and generous portions. Homecooked style greek food. Awesome home made Tzatziki sauce and good quality olive oil.

Delicious!!! Moved to Wasaga recently from
Toronto and were craving Greek food and Yammas did NOT disappoint! Food was ready fast and was delicious and fresh! Great portion sizes and decent prices. Will definitely be back!

Great place. We were on business in Wasaga beach, showing houses, but after that we had to look for some authentic and NO franchise place for branch and we were happy we found it. We had long and slow branch, eating and chatting and I was observing stuff and owner. They tried their best and food was great, bigger than expected portions and very delicious. We were offered refill for coffee/tea twice and owner brought me best honey for my yogurt. If you are in rush go to McDonald, if you are for slow, tasty, homey food and service - this is the place.

Date night with the missus (who's up the duff, and craving Greek food). Noted there are limited Greek places in and around the area and thought we'd give this place a go. I had a scan of the reviews, filtering most folks who clearly should stick to fast food joints... or eating at home, alone.

We ordered a pile of starters and a few souvlaki skewers... it was fresh and plentiful! Having been to Greece several times, this really took us back. No nonsense delicious food!

Restaurant was clean and in order... granted its decor is not brilliant, but I am more interested in the meal, not the curtains or knickknacks on the wall.

Service was also great, young lady attending that night was pleasant and attentive.

All in all, would happily go again! May want to check the hours before going. I could have sworn the sign out front said 9 to 9, but am not certain.
