I hired Darrell to renovate my ensuite bathroom. His estimate and timeline were on point. He was available for discussion on material and cost. The team he assigned to my project were excellent workers, very meticulous and methodical from the demo to the new build. It looks beautiful and everything works. A week or so after the installation was complete my toilet seat came off the toilet. I contacted Darrell and he had one of his crew come out and replace the plastic bolts with brass fittings at no extra cost. I would have to say that Darrell runs a tight ship and went above and beyond the scope of customer service. I highly recommend you give this company a call if you are considering a renovation. They will do a marvelous job for you. I am totally satisfied. Thanks to Darrell and his crew.

I got Level up Contracting back to Renovate my Kitchen. I couldn't be more thrilled by the results. For the amount of work that was required to complete the project, it was finished ahead of schedule.

No project is without problems, but those problem allow you to see whether you are dealing with a reputable contractor, and Level Up solved the problems and made the project a success. Darrell renovated our 2 bathrooms in a very efficient and timely manner, and giving us beautiful final finished rooms. He returned calls when promised, showed up when booked for the estimate, and during the 3+ weeks he was here, always kept in touch if he was going to be delayed. He was very professional in his work and personality. He cleaned up the job site on a daily basis, and did a great job in every way. We highly recommend him.

Darrell Renovated two of my bathrooms. The cost was $1000 under what was quoted, which was nice to hear. Also, it was done within the specified timeline.
