Steve arrived on time, professional and expert, discussed the lock options, both pros and cons to help me better understand and decide on the most effective option to meet my safety needs. I felt well taken care of and heard, the lock solution was the right one for me. Steve took the time to explain and educate. He had me hold the existing lock and the proposed lock and there was a significant difference in quality, weight, durability and compromise risk.
I felt more relaxed and safer once the locks were changed and it felt good knowing I had made the right decision with the right solution for my home. I elected Action Lock

Great customer service from start to completion of job. Steve replaced 3 door locks, adjusted a problem with my door lock area and cleaned up. Thank you Steve and Kim!
