(January 14, 2023, 2:46 pm)Tried physio for the first time about two weeks ago. Had a minor shoulder discomfort and pain and was extremely impressed with the level of 1:1 care I received. Very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is amazing. Would highly recommend this as your first choice! Left with less discomfort in my shoulder and stretches/ movements to help strengthen it!

Luca was extremely cognizant of my ongoing injuries, and developed a plan that he was confident would allow me to continue to progress in a positive manner.

I came with excruciating back pain that was caused from being postpartum and I left feeling relief and hopeful for my recovery. I would highly recommend Muscle & Mend to everyone!
