(March 27, 2022, 5:52 pm)Thank you for the amazing service Georgian Bay Sauna! Due to a major storm, we had to reschedule our rental. Erica was great in rebooking an alternate date for us! Delivery, set up and pick up were on time and we had lots of wood for our evening! Nice and clean, and so pretty on our snowy night with the lighting. Such a fun thing to do for a special occasion or just a relaxing night. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

(March 6, 2022, 1:20 am)We rented a sauna for the Family Day weekend. Delivery was prompt and we were provided with all the information we needed to enjoy the day. Can't wait to rent it again and will highly recommend to rental guests at our cottage. A great way to spend a chilly winter day!

(January 5, 2022, 8:44 pm)Nate and Joel delivered the sauna right on time and were so patient with me while I tried to figure out where to put it. Lol They got the fire started, and gave me clear directions before leaving me with everything I needed to keep it going. (plenty of split wood and fire starters are included.. everything is taken care of) It doesnt take long to get hot and was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. I also experienced an unexpected, last minute change of plans that affected my sauna rental & they were so understanding and accommodating. A complete pleasure to deal with! Thank you :)
