(February 8, 2023, 3:31 am)I was referred to Adrian by a family friend as we were looking for a handyman to setup quite a few items; Ikea bunk bed, queen and king bed, installing 3 TV's (55" & 43"), night tables, coffee tables etc. in a property we purchased in Midland.
It turned out that the period we tentatively agreed to do the work Feb. 2-5 was one of the coldest days of this winter 2023.
In spite of the inclement weather conditions and cancelation of staff members Adrian usually works with, he made alternative arrangements to meet the tasks/deliverables mentioned above.
Adrian even brought his son to the job site while he worked so he could get things done. The quality of Adrian's workmanship, his understanding of the tools/effort required to complete a job are second to none.
As "city people" with very little appreciation of how the weather conditions are in that area, we has slight disagreement on the timing for the work to be completed but we worked things out quite amicably.
I will highly recommend Adrian because he is engaging, hard working, very diligent and makes every effort to keep his word. -

He found the right trim and did a detailed install. We are so happy with the end result! We've already booked him for some more work this winter.

(July 27, 2022, 3:40 am)I was looking for a contractor/handyman for my home and business and came across extreme contracting. I called and Adrian was very thorough and informative and very pleasant to voice what I was looking to do. He came and gave me a quote and when he did the work he was always communicating with me regarding his time and what he was doing asking questions and ideas. I am very pleased with the work he did and later found out through a neighbour who also had work done that they were impressed and happy! I would definitely recommend extreme contracting for anyone looking for quality work little or big jobs he’s great! I’ll definitely use his business again.
