Kadel is the real deal!
From beginning to end he was very professional and offered great advice. Not only is the pool a premium Canadian product but also the pool pump, heater and accessories are all high quality.
Any work such as gas and eletrical was handled by great licensed guys with appropriate permits pulled.
My overall experience dealing with Kadel and his team was fantastic and my family loves spending time in their new pool! -

He developed a critical path with timelines and stuck to it. There were no hidden costs or surprises. The result was installation of a beautiful fibreglass pool. They started work on a Monday and the pool was fully completed by Friday in that same week! They not only maintained professionalism, but we developed a good relationship with Kadel and his team.

But we knew that we wanted something that also with as little maintenance from our part. Kadel took my call and made himself available immediately. He came to see us vs everyone else had asked us to go in to their showroom. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We gave him a deposit for installation of our beautiful inground pool which has provided our family with amazing laughs and beautiful family time for the following year.
He said we will start on this day and finish on this day, and they were on target. We would absolutely recommend Kadel, his crew Bliss Pools. They also service my pool such as closing and opening and so far they haven't disappointed.
