(September 4, 2018, 1:38 pm)We moved to Collingwood 1.5 years ago and I wanted to find a club for my daughter to learn self defence. Multi disciplinary approach with a fantastic instructor and caring martial arts family community. So glad we found Barton’s Martial Arts.

I've sent my son for 2 years and he thoroughly enjoys it and a great wide selection of classes and ages and the instructors are second to none. I will not send him anywhere else. So happy we have found this place.

Sensei with his many Senpais teach all students the life long skills necessary not only in self defence but in becoming a strong, dedicated martial artist. Their commitment to every element of self defense and martial arts is impressive.

(August 30, 2018, 2:23 am)I initially signed my daughter up for karate but after only a few classes of watching and listening to the important life-long skills Sensei was teaching I decided, "I needed a piece of it" as well. I started with karate but then once I tried jiujitsu I was addicted to that as well. It will be a year in the fall and one of the best decisions I made. Very welcoming but professional. If you want to promote good-old-fashion self discipline and respect for yourself or your children you've got the right place.
