(August 3, 2022, 9:07 pm)Tim is very effective and professional.I called many plumbers to install a new hot water tank and nobody would like to come during the civic holiday until I met Tim. When I told him that I need to install a new hot water tank and he immediately said yes to help me out. I am so impressed with his professional manner and passion to help people. He is smiling all the time even it is very hot in the house. He installed my new hot water tank in an hour. He is patient and detailed. Great job and great people. I highly recommend him to people who need a plumber.

He worked quickly the first day just so we could have our air conditioning that night instead of the next day when he did our furnace. We were happy with his work.

(February 10, 2019, 10:59 pm)Tim installed an on-demand water heater at our Church facility where we had the old electric water tank heating and did an excellent job. His work was neat and organized and the work was done in less than a day. he is very professional to deal with and gave some good advice for how the work would best be done and we have had 2 yrs of trouble-free lower cost water heating. I would definitely recommend him for future gas and heating installation or repair work.
