He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable and got our garage door to an even better state than before the incident. There were a few items that needed to be costumed made to get it to work that we didn't plan for and they were very clear about why it was needed. Prices were very reasonable even for the upgraded sensor brackets, which are night and day from the standard version. Highly recommended!!!

(February 27, 2021, 10:55 am)I contacted Master Garage Door Service Mildhurst to resolve a noisy garage door and a potential door seal issue. They came early; I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. The technician felt I did not need a new seal, and resolved the noise issue. It's rare to find a competent and honest contractor, that is not trying to up sell. They were fantastic and in the future if I have any other issues I will be contacting them again!!!

Told me that my garage door opener and the door itself were in good condition and didn’t need to be changed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommended Master Garage Door Service Mildhurst!!

We had old gates that they preserved but installed electric arms for ease of access. Their quote was very fair, they were prompt and communicative. All the while honoring considerate social distance protocols. I can't say enough good things about this team. Trustworthy.
