We live in Toronto and experienced difficulties with the deposit on the first house we put an offer on she drove from her home all the way to Trenton Ontario with her little doggie to drop off the deposit then when that Home didn’t pass the inspection she drove back again to pick up our deposit and waited for us in the bank parking lot in the hot heat to ensure we had no difficulties depositing the money, I don’t know any real estate agent that would do that. We put an offer in on a second house and thanks to Judy’s hard work we got it. The day before closing she arranged for us to do a virtual tour which was outstanding. We came the next day and my lawyer had given us a code for the key box which unfortunately didn’t work there king Judy to our rescue and she was able to unlock it for us.
