Monika is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is friendly, down to earth and has a knack for making you feel comfortable immediately ... all of which leads to a relaxed photo session and great pic's! She has an AMAZING eye and an ability to turn the ordinary, every-day events into moments of beauty, as is so clearly evident in her portfolios. She made time for us in her busy schedule; her communication is excellent and she got back to us immediately with answers to our questions. While she gives gentle direction (as she knows the vision she is trying to create), she also is open to any special requests from her clients. Our session was SUCH a wonderful investment in documenting the beginning of our newborn son's life. We will DEFINITELY ask her to come back again, when we need more family photo's taken! I'd recommend booking with her as soon as possible, to ensure her availability!!

Part way through viewing the gallery of photos Monika sent me of our 3 children it occurred to me that my cheeks were feeling quite sore from having the biggest smile on my face. My heart felt like bursting! I am so in love with the photos Monika captured and am incredibly grateful to her. We will cherish these precious moments in time for years to come. Hiring Monika to take our children’s portraits was truly the best gift I could have given myself. Thank you so much Monika!!!

Monika has this incredible ability to capture every day moments and make them look like they belong in a magazine! Her photos are always natural and she makes them look effortless. I adore her social media content and the style in how she edits the images. she has a talent in finding beauty in the most unexpected moments (which as a mom, I really appreciate that she can really capture the essence of our family and especially the children's personalities).

I have three very young children and I really value how at ease she made us all feel. She is comfortable behind the lens and gives helpful prompts to get the children to smile :)

She was on time, professional and communicated with us several times before the shoot (love her tips and detailed emails). She is gentle but knows how to guide the direction of the shoot by suggesting simple but subtle recommendations that make ALL the difference.
