The quote I received from Northern Aluminum Railings was very reasonable. Wayne always answered the phone when I called and always kept me up to date with material arrival and installation scheduling. Once a date was set for installation Wayne and his crew showed up on time, on schedule and stayed until the job was finished. Wayne is a very easy person to work with and is quite professional in all of his dealings. I have been doing a great deal of renovating over the past three years and have interacted with a number of contractors. Every now and then you come across a contractor who is exceptional in their trade and very professional to deal with. Wayne is one of those contractors, I will definitely be using Wayne in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have glass railing installed.

As it happened when I called, Wayne was in the area and stopped by to give us an idea on the costs involved for our project. I did get quotes on other products but preferred the look of the materials supplied by Northern. Wayne provided some input about options but also worked with me to show how I could help speed up installation by doing some prep work ahead of time. We are very pleased with the end result and have received many positive comments about it.
