I am appalled by the recent review of this home. My father was a long time resident in this home. Even with all of the changes we witnessed my father was loved and well taken care of. The staff and management were always supportive. We never worried about him as we knew he was in exceptional hands. Unfortunately we lost him last year. My aunt is now a resident on the memory floor. The changes are amazing!!! The farm and decor touch my heart. It shows us how much the management cares about the residents. The staff have specialized training now and it shows!! Even management knows each resident by name and takes the time to interact with them. I can't say enough about this home. Keep up then great work Lakeridge and don't let negative falsehoods from these people stop you from being amazing! I will contune to recommend this home to everyone Signed Mrs M Bennett
