Excavation, Land Surveys, and all Permits are homeowners responsibility. Sales team, and project coordinator were available to assist with guidance during this process.

Laura and the team at Guildcrest walked us through the entire process: concept, design, timeline, delivery and even years after they are still checking in on us to make sure we are happy.
