(October 19, 2020, 9:24 pm)We decided to go with Service Master for our basement insurance claim this time after an unsatisfactory experience with another company last time. After a flood in the basement, they sent someone out late on a Friday night who actually seemed like she wanted to be there. She was super friendly and understanding and made us feel like we were in great hands right from the start, answering all of our questions and helping us understand the process. When they got to work it was seriously impressive. Like a well oiled machine. I couldn't believe how efficient they were with contents and cleanup. The people on the cleanup crew were all very friendly and helpful along the way. The basement needed a pretty big renovation and the quality of the work was excellent and timely. They were busy, but made us feel like our project was a priority and did well scheduling the contractors so that things kept moving. Logan, the project manager was available whenever we needed him by text or phone call. They never made us feel like we were being a pain when we had questions or wanted to make changes to things. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with an insurance claim.
